Welcome to Kafaa KSA Job Portal. By using this job portal, job seekers, employers, recruiters, and administrators agree to use the platform responsibly and honestly.

1. Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information during registration and profile creation. Employers must post genuine job opportunities and seekers must submit true CV, experience, qualification, and contact information.

2. Job Posts and Applications

The portal helps connect employers and job seekers. Final hiring, interview, salary, visa, Iqama, transfer, and employment decisions are handled directly between employer and candidate.

3. Subscription and Free Trial

Free trial duration and monthly/yearly subscription plans are controlled by the admin panel. Paid plan activation, renewal, cancellation, and access limits may be updated by the portal administrator.

4. Data Accuracy and Verification

The admin may review, approve, disable, or delete fake users, incorrect jobs, suspicious profiles, duplicate data, or policy-breaking content.

5. Privacy

User information is used for recruitment, matching, application tracking, and employer/candidate communication. Sensitive data should not be shared unless required for recruitment and legally allowed.

6. Prohibited Activity

Spam, fake jobs, fake CVs, payment fraud, harassment, illegal recruitment, or misuse of candidate/employer data is not allowed.

7. Limitation

Kafaa KSA Job Portal is a recruitment platform. It does not guarantee employment, candidate selection, salary, visa approval, or final hiring result.
